Payment

As far as we’re concerned, payment is the best part of the ordering process. To ensure this stage runs smoothly too, we offer four standard payment options:

iDEAL: The well-known payment method. Most popular, secure and fast
Mistercash or Bancontact: Similar to iDeal, but mainly used by our Belgian customers
Payment on account: With this option, you’ll receive an invoice from us after the goods have been delivered, which must then be settled within 14 days. In principle, we only offer this option to existing customers or business customers (subject to a credit check). If you choose this option as a new customer, we may still request payment before delivery
Payment by bank transfer: This allows you to transfer the amount stated on the order confirmation before delivery. You will receive the relevant instructions by email immediately after placing your order.
