Returns

If, for whatever reason, you wish to return your order (or part of it), this is no problem provided you can meet all the conditions below:

You must return your product within 14 days of receipt.
Your return will not be processed without a fully completed returns form, and therefore no refund can be issued.
Your product must be returned undamaged and in new condition.
You are responsible for the delivery and return costs.
Bespoke products cannot be returned!
