This concrete channel is fitted with a cast iron grate, making it completely flat on top. The grate gutter is suitable for use where there is frequent transport over the concrete channel and where there is a lot of water with contamination. Its flatness means that it does not constitute an obstacle to driving over it. The grate can be easily lifted off, allowing the concrete channel to be cleaned if necessary.
