This PVC leaf trap/sand trap is equipped with a plastic cover 315 and has two connections:

1 x 110 mm (socket) from the rainwater drain and 1 x 125 mm (spigot) outlet towards the infiltration crate. This makes it indispensable for the infiltration boxes! If you do not install such a trap, all kinds of things will end up in your infiltration boxes that you would rather not have there.

Dirt flows into the pit on one side and the sediment collects at the bottom of the pit. Thanks to the filter, only clean water will flow into the crate. The filter is removable, making the pit freely accessible for removing the sediment.
